We felt the true power of gratitude in their eyes and hugs. But most of all, we thank them for their resilience and for protecting our ability to live and work under the blue and yellow flag. At the beginning of December, the Winner team traditionally becomes Saint Nicholas's helpers, partnering with the Ukrainian Food Foundation to bring warmth and hope to those who need it most. We’re excited to share that Petro Rondiak, Head of the Management Board of Winner Group Ukraine, has been re-elected to the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Directors Board for the second consecutive term. Today, we honor the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — a date marking the first oath taken by our military to an independent state on December 6, 1991. We recognize the importance of staying equipped with the most relevant knowledge and skills. Participants actively completed practical tasks, including applying tourniquets, and even proudly showed off a few bruises — proof of their dedication to mastering these life-saving techniques! 😊 Key topics covered by expert instructors included: 🔹 Differences between tactical medicine for civilians and the military 🔹 Critical “don’ts” when assisting victims of shelling 🔹 Essential items every first aid kit should contain To ensure this knowledge reaches even more colleagues, we invited the Ukrainian Rescue School instructor to the 𝗜-𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 project, enabling everyone to join an insightful online discussion. Every participant of the practical training also received a fully equipped first aid kit provided by Winner.
