Together with Universe Group we organized a charity tech hackathon for our employees. Engineers, product managers, analysts, designers, and other specialists collaborated to develop solutions for veteran employment. In just two days of non-stop work, they created a military skills translator to help veterans transition to new careers. The tool has to analyze their professional skills, suggest courses, and find open job opportunities. In the final stage, the winning team received a 50,000 UAH check, which they could donate to any charity or organization of their choice.
