Background Check Software
The Digital Work Passport is a portable digital credential repository where credentials that are traditionally verified by background checkers are now authenticated earlier in the process through a combination of automated APIs and certified background checkers who are part of the network. Employers use the Workwolf platform in two ways: First, they leverage Workwolf’s psychometric analytics to accurately predict job performance outcome for every candidate who applies to a job posting. This ranking and output become the first credential in the Digital Work Passport that the applicants get to review and keep. Secondly, as stronger candidates progress through the hiring process, the system automates deployment of ‘credential credits’. These credentials are then validated for employers as the network pulls the data records directly from the credential issuers leveraging the same trusted background checking sources used by enterprise today. Only much faster and far more efficiently.
