  • Make sure you have these KPIs in your marketing analysis arsenal… What’s your Average Revenue Per User, but Per Paying User?👀 Why are those metrics important, and why should you track them dynamically? *ARPU - average revenue per user *ARPPU - average revenue per paying user Let’s assume that your website’s: • Monthly revenue: $100 000 • Number of users: 10 000 • Number of clients(users who paid): 500 ↳ ARPU = revenue/number of users = $10 ↳ ARPPU = revenue/number of clients = $200 ⚡️What is the power of this metric?⚡️ Now you know that, on average, each user who visits your website brings $10 to your company, regardless of whether they make a purchase or not! 1 user = $10 10 users = $100 10 000 users = $100 000 ↳ Double your current number of users while maintaining your conversion rate, and you'll generate $200,000 in revenue! 🚨As an owner, if you take 15% as dividends from your business, then EACH user on your website brings you $1.5 into your pocket! 1 user = $1.5 10 users = $15 10 000 users = $15 000 ↳ Double = $30 000 Isn’t that even more appealing now?   • How to always pick up Money-Making Optimisations?🧐 It’s much easier than you might think it is…😉 Having spent almost 6 years in web/data & marketing analysis, I’ve realised that no matter how experienced I am, there is always a group of people capable of suggesting more effective optimisations than I can… Who are they? Customers!🤯 My Hypothesis Success Rate History looks like this: 2018 - 43% 2019 - 55% 2020 - 58% 2021 - 60% 2022 - 63% 2023 - 74% 2024 - ? What happened in 2023 that caused a +11% boost?🔥 I recognised the potential of conducting ongoing customer feedback surveys to collect invaluable feedback, which I then communicated to my clients.   • Want to implement an optimisation?🤔 Ensure your hypothesis has a high probability of success! Otherwise, you'll lose both time and finances… Suppose you can manage 2 major simultaneous optimisations per month to achieve your goals and improve your financial metrics… You pay salaries to in-house/freelance experts who plan and execute these experiments from start to finish. But what if these optimisations don't yield any improvement? - You'd have to revert to your previous state. Do you have the budget for more hypothesis testing and attempts? Lucky You! (not every business does). Every hypothesis you formulate and test represents an investment of your resources, primarily money.
