    Recently, twenty44 conducted our Engaige AI Readiness Survey among Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) members, using NEXXT Intelligence’s AI-enabled inca platform. A significant portion of CMA members are using gen AI tools at work, with 75% using AI at least weekly. What do you think of ChatGPT's real-time search experience? This is especially beneficial for complex questions requiring a consolidated response (Digitalis) - Conversational Interaction: Users can ask follow-up questions and receive contextual answers, which makes the experience more interactive and efficient compared to Google's static results (Digitalis) - Better Context Understanding: ChatGPT uses advanced language models to understand the subtleties and intent behind queries, delivering more tailored answers than Google's keyword-based search results (Digitalis) - No Ads: Unlike Google search, which often includes ads and sponsored links, ChatGPT delivers information without distractions, providing a cleaner user experience (Digitalis) - Content Generation: ChatGPT generates new, tailored content like summaries, explanations, and creative text, while Google simply points to external sources (Jenni AI) Reasons ChatGPT Might Be Better than Perplexity AI : - Versatility and Creativity: ChatGPT excels in creative tasks like content generation, brainstorming, and writing code, making it more versatile than Perplexity, which focuses on factual retrieval (EM360Tech, PromptLayer). - Conversational Engagement: ChatGPT is better for deep, interactive conversations, offering a natural, personalized experience, whereas Perplexity provides more straightforward answers without extended dialogue (EM360Tech). - Multimodal Capabilities: The GPT-4 version of ChatGPT is multimodal, handling text, images, and audio, giving it an edge over Perplexity, which only supports text-based interactions (Zapier, PromptLayer). Advanced Tools: ChatGPT offers features like the Code Interpreter and custom GPTs, making it suitable for specialized tasks beyond Q&A, unlike Perplexity (PromptLayer).
