Which is why we were so excited to host Jessica Jones from Coolr on this week’s episode of Happy Recruiting! ✨ Jessica shared some incredible tips on creating a hiring process which is not only inclusive, but efficient as well. Some of our favourites include: 📹 Instead of asking for resumes, consider giving your candidates the freedom to choose how they apply. It could be a video, a portfolio or something completely different, giving them a chance to shine in their own way 🤗 Avoid using terms like “reasonable adjustments”, as who’s to say what’s “reasonable”? Simple ask your candidates how you can best accommodate them ✍ Train your hiring managers on how to evaluate candidates objectively so everyone’s on the same page The best part?
