Take a tour of our Cane Ridge Compressor Station near Nashville, TN and learn how it works! Compressor stations are an important part of how we safely transport natural gas across North America, helping meet customer needs, growing energy demands, and ensure reliability across our footprint. The Cane Ridge Compressor Station is part of our American Gulf Region Operations which include both the ANR Pipeline and Columbia Gulf Transmission. There are 46 compressor stations like this one across these two systems alone, operated by our team of #energyproblemsolvers in Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Indiana and Mississippi. Did you know? This #GivingTuesday, more than 2,000 of our employees across North America came together to create a ripple of giving through our #spiritofgiving campaign. The spirit of giving that our employees exemplify is year-round and today, we are shining a spotlight on three remarkable team members from our three operating countries who bring our #BuildStrong program to life. Bertha Zoitza Martínez Martínez, Environmental Coordinator, in Mexico, is actively involved in environmental and social causes. Her participation in beach cleanups to reduce waste reaching the sea, and the Food Rescue campaign that improves the quality of life for families in need, fosters change within her community and promotes environmental responsibility. Jennifer Lupi, MSOL, a USNG Land-Land Contract Analyst in Washington, PA, uses her role to bring joy to the mothers and children in her local city mission. Their Easter basket initiative radiated love and hope, exemplifying how the act of giving can touch lives and inspire lasting change. In Canada, Vincent Soong, Coordinator of CFO Innovation, Projects, and Systems, combines his passion for a healthy lifestyle with community giving. Taking part in the MS Bike challenge event every year since 2018, his dedication not only raises awareness about multiple sclerosis but also fosters crucial conversations and fundraising. They are just three of many employees across our organization, who exemplify our commitment to building stronger communities together. We're proud to see our team making a difference and bringing positive change each day. This team isn't afraid of heights! Watch as the iconic cable crane, that once towered high across a coastal mountain range in Coastal GasLink's Section 8 West is safely and successfully dismantled by our dedicated team. Constructed over two years, this engineering marvel used a gondola-like structure to transport equipment, people and materials up steep terrain. By project completion, the Cable Crane successfully transported 1,400-metres of pipe up an elevation change of 700-metres as well as the equipment and materials required to install the pipe and reclaim the slope.

Meet BJ Perry, our manager for U.S. Government and Community Relations – West, and his son, Elliot. Born three months premature and given just an 18% chance of survival, Elliot has faced more challenges in his 13 years than many of us will in a lifetime. Through countless surgeries and procedures and endless physical therapy sessions, he has not only defied the odds but has become a shining example of what courage and determination look like. Inspired by the support of his community, at just 11 years old, he founded the Elliot Perry Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting kids with disabilities. Over the years, he’s raised nearly $400,000 to fund vital programs, and he’s not stopping there. Today is International Day for Persons with Disabilities, and we reflect on the power of community and the importance of celebrating people like Elliot whose disability doesn’t define him: his courage, resilience and determination do. Rafael G., VP de Relaciones Gubernamentales, participó en el foro “Transición energética y electromovilidad” en el Senado de la República, donde destacó el papel esencial que el gas natural desempeña en la transición energética y la integración de América del Norte. Explicó que en México este recurso alimenta cerca del 60% de las plantas de ciclo combinado, lo que garantiza un suministro energético más limpio y seguro. Además, señaló que la demanda de gas natural tiene una proyección de crecimiento significativo hacia 2037, posicionándolo como un insumo estratégico para el desarrollo energético. También enfatizó que América del Norte cuenta con cerca de 5 millones de kilómetros de gasoductos, formando uno de los mercados energéticos más dinámicos e interconectados a nivel mundial. En este contexto, resaltó la posición geográfica privilegiada de México, que le permite exportar gas natural licuado desde ambas costas, accediendo tanto a mercados europeos como asiáticos.
