What does CRO have to do with customer experience? Hint: A customer-focused experience should be baked into your CRO strategy. If we take a step back, we can see that both CRO and CXO need to answer 6 questions to be successful: 👉 How do certain customer segments get to your site? 👉 Where do they go once they’re there? 👉 What keeps them from making a purchase? 👉 What influences them to buy your product? 👉 What do they expect from your site? 👉 What do they need from your site? For example, we analyzed customer data for beauty brand Laura Gellar to answer these questions. This helped us add two unique landing pages into the customer journey and create a seamless customer experience. The result? A 43% increase in conversions and two landing pages built not just for the customer, but by the customer.
