Five Flavour Friday - a Weekly list of 5 things I have interest in! 1. Who to follow: Last week at ALL IN, I had the pleasure of meeting the incredible team at Retailogists. Retailogists leverages technology to bootstrap and scale #retail businesses by maximizing sales and optimizing operational efficiency. With a comprehensive team of retail experts covering all key areas—from #operations and sales to technology and beyond—Retailogists commits to deliver on business metrics. I was impressed by the results they achieved with some of their clients and can't wait to see them help other retailors! 2. What I will be doing : I will have the pleasure of interviewing Louis Roy, Founder and President of OPTEL Group next Wednesday at noon on the theme of "Transforming Your Business For The Future". OPTEL is a leader in supply chain traceability. Mr. Roy was E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017 and will share his journey and insights on building and leading OPTEL. You can RSVP link via the link below: https://lnkd.in/eRiRb6RT 3. What I read: A very insightful read by McKinsey which brings to light the value of #talent, #people, #leaders, #culture and #communication. The article is aimed at #startups and founders but I believe this applies to all companies and organisations, no matter their age or size… it's all about the people. https://lnkd.in/ennqxPKi 4. What I am currently watching: I've been super busy and plunging deep into the tech ecosystem, which has made me a lot less present on this platform, meeting business owners on the regular. When this happens, I tend to want to disconnect and watch very brainless series and I fell onto psych, 8 seasons of an American detective comedy-drama which regularly has me giggling and destressing from my day. If you enjoyed Brooklyn Nine-Nine, you will enjoy this (but I insist... brainless!) 5. Quote I am pondering: "Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don't want to" - Sir Richard Branson
