They needed an elevator and a building to host it!    The solution? A carriage house with a flat roof deck that turned their challenges into opportunities! This is an update for the project in St. John, USVI. Supported by Caribbean ICF Solutions. The contractor already completed the Quad-Deck Roof installation including the concrete pour with the Helix Micro-Rebar Solution. Now, they are working on the application of the Sider–Crete ICF Finishing Process, which is the Ultimate Finish System for ICF in the Caribbean Climates, they are almost done with this process. They also completed the installation of the Galvalume Metal Roof System over the ICF roof; the owner wanted to have this type of roof finish, which is not too common for ICF roofs, but it worked very well for him, it was a complete success and a great-looking finishing for this project. Our project management team has been continuously monitoring the progress of this project. Our field engineering & specialized staff continued providing technical and installation support remotely as needed for the Quad-Lock ICF System applications including the Galvalume Metal Roof system, the Helix Micro-Rebar, and the Sider – Crete Finishing Solution.
