Once a year, community housing stakeholders from across our nation gather to speak to our federal decision makers on what good policy might look like to us. National Housing DAY, turned into National Housing WEEK! What an amazing and inspiring time to be in Housing, going from the MNL conference (ok a little earlier than this week), to the Nova Scotia Housing Symposium, to the Miramichi Regional Housing Forum. We are headed to Newfoundland for the week! - first holding a couple of meetings in St John’s, then - headed to Gander, to attend the Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador conference, and finally - to the West (Corner Brook, Stephenville, Pasadena and Cow Head) to explore how we might provide housing and community development solutions in Western Newfoundland.
