I considered prefacing this announcement with a backstory about my entrepreneurial efforts in the 5th grade selling coin bags upcycled from my dad’s ties, or by recounting how I inspired I felt following Brooklinen's growth as a digitally native brand when they were one of my clients at Google, or better yet, by tallying all the hours I spent binge-listening NPR's “How I Built This with Guy Raz” in the height of the pandemic. But if I’ve learned anything from 8 years in big tech, it’s that people want the TL;DR, which is this: Following a year and a half of research, product development and testing, brand building, and immersion in the pet industry, I’m delighted to introduce my brainchild Playfield – an innovative brand of design-forward, multifunctional products for pets and their people on the go. Today, Playfield debuts our hero product – The Bailey Kit, aptly named after my dog Bailey. The Bailey Kit is our patent-pending, modular dog walking kit, the first in a series of premium solutions for modern pet owners. Here’s a sneak peek.
