🎉 Happy New Year! Here’s to starting 2025 with hope and possibility! 🎉 As we welcome the new year, we’re reflecting on all we accomplished together in 2024—and it wouldn’t have been possible without YOU, our amazing community of supporters. To celebrate, we’ve created a special countdown video highlighting the incredible milestones we achieved together. From providing warm meals and safe shelter to empowering lives, this video is a tribute to the power of compassion and community. We can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish in 2025. Thank you for being part of our mission. Here’s to another year of making a difference, together! #HappyNewYear #MoreThanAShelter

We're always so appreciative of those who think of our clients during the leadup to the holiday season. Please join us in thanking these thoughtful groups supporting those in need around this meaningful time of year! ☃️ 🎁 The Manotick Kiwanis club dropped off a generous donation along with bags and bags of our most-needed items: toques, jackets, blankets, and more. 🍪 Warmth4Ottawa came by with hats, gloves, and other warm items for our Clothing Room... and fresh baked cookies for our Diane Morrison Hospice clients. 🧣 Nana’s Knitters from Riverstone Retirement Communities' Bridlewood Trails have a very special place in our hearts! This talented group of ladies knitted hats and scarves for our clients. 🍬 LRO Staffing gathered to learn about our programs and craft some care packages complete with words of encouragement for our clients. 📦 The Canadian Medical Association staff took time out during their holiday celebrations to assemble over 190 care packages that will be distributed to our clients on Christmas morning. We are touched by the kindness and compassion of these groups, and everyone who supports our clients here at The Ottawa Mission. Your donations will warm bodies, hearts and souls! 🤗
