We are thrilled to announce that Mevotech has once again supported the CTV News Toy Mountain campaign for the fourth consecutive year! Toy Mountain is a wonderful initiative by The Salvation Army and CTV that collects new, unwrapped toys for families in need, bringing holiday joy to children and teens across the GTA. On November 6th, Mevotech had the opportunity of hosting Grade 9 students for “Take Our Kids to Work Day.” The day was packed with activities that sparked curiosity and innovation. Here’s what made the day so fun and inspiring: 🏢 Warehouse Walk: The students toured some of our offices and got an insider’s view of our facilities. 💡 Leader Talks: They met with our team leaders, gaining up valuable advice on building a successful career. 🔍 Interactive Discover Quest: Our scavenger hunt led students to gather clues and insights that they later used to create their own vision boards, blending fun with a focus on their future aspirations. 👓 A Glimpse into the Professional World: Students shadowed their parents, gaining a firsthand look at the working world. We’re grateful to all the Mevotech employees who helped make this day a success and to the students for their energy and enthusiasm. We recently held our annual Children’s Art Contest Event, and it was a celebration of creativity and inspiration! 🎨✨ The Children’s Art Contest showcased Mevotech employees’ children and grandchildren's artistic talents on themes of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), environmental responsibilities, electric vehicles, and health and safety. The creativity was truly remarkable, reflecting the next generation’s vision for a brighter, more inclusive future. The BBQ event featured a bouncy castle, face painting, balloon animals, games, and prizes. Thank you to everyone who participated and attended!
