Canada does not have privacy legislation aimed specifically at children (like COPPA in the U.S.). However, Canada’s private sector privacy laws apply to children’s personal information and regulators have put a strong emphasis on children’s privacy matters in recent years. Read more from Robbie Grant as he identifies the key questions for private sector organizations attempting to handle children’s data in accordance with Canadian law. https://bit.ly/3DmLNJP #privacylaw #childrensprivacy #dataprotection #canadalaw
