We are dedicated to all types of litigation and advocacy. While we have a strong focus on insurance defence work and insurance coverage litigation, our lawyers represent a variety of corporate and commercial entities, banks and financial companies, and individuals across Canada. Our lawyers regularly represent clients at trials, on appeals, and in alternative dispute resolution processes (ADR) by way of arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. We assist our clients by selecting the right strategy to resolve their legal problems. Our goal is to obtain the best result in the shortest time for the least expense. While much of our work focuses on litigation (both plaintiff and defence work), our law firm has a wide range of practice areas and diverse skills.
