What are some methods of user testing that you can leverage to get the user's voice on your work? ♣ Card sorting Put words on different cards, and ask the user to group them into categories and groups while explaining their logic. This method is perfect for testing navigation and naming of menu items. ⏳ 5-second test Show a design for 5 seconds, and ask the user to answer questions while the design is fresh in their minds. Ask questions such as: "What element stood out the most? or "What action will you take?". 🖱 First-click Ask the user to complete a task using a prompt such as "Where would you click to buy?", and record the first place that they click, along with their mouse path. ⚖ A/B Test Show two versions, one after the other, and ask the user to elaborate on which option they prefer, and why.
