Life today can feel overwhelming, can’t it? Between work, family, and everything in between, the stress of juggling so much can take a real toll. I get it—we’re all trying to keep up. But sometimes, that hustle pulls us out of the present moment and into worry about what’s next. Here’s a little reminder to pause and take a breath. 🌿 Three simple steps to bring yourself back to the present: 1. Check in with your body: Are your shoulders tense? Jaw tight? Gently relax them. 2. Notice your breath: Is it shallow? Try taking a deep, calming breath. 3. Focus on what’s around you: What do you see, hear, or smell? Ground yourself in the here and now. HATE is a strong word, but... I HATE the expression "Worker Harder, No One Cares". Really?! I care! I see you. I am you. I have a lot on my plate, but I work smart! I care about my mental health. I care about your mental health! So, worker smarter,not harder. Take breaks, be mindful, meditate 🧘♂️, journal. Do whatever it takes to stay in the game, but not at the cost of your mental health. Do you have an Action Board aka Vision Board? If you don't, you should! Dream big, visualize big! I created a vision board several years ago, and I update it every 6 months to remove what has been realized and add new goals. Now, I call it an Action Board after listening to the Audible version of the book The Source by Dr. Tara Swart. I also added a hot air balloon after she explained why she has one on her Action Board. Remember, simply creating an Action Board doesn't ensure you'll suddenly realize all your dreams. You have to do the work, want it, and have a deep and meaningful WHY!
