  • We’ve all been there - sitting through an event or trudging through a course just because we have to. But here’s the thing: nobody remembers the “meh” experiences. People want skin in the game. We’ve seen this firsthand: 👉 A course that went from “optional” to “I’ll finish this tonight!” because learners were earning something real. 👉 An event where attendees didn’t just attend - they competed, collaborated, and actually stuck around (even through the boring post-lunch slump). So why does this work? It's simple. Incentives aren’t bribes - they’re motivation done right. And when you get them right, they change everything. It’s not about handing out gift cards and hoping for the best. It’s about understanding what drives your audience: recognition, curiosity, a little friendly competition - it’s different for everyone. And most importantly, it’s about making the experience worth showing up for. Whether you’re running an LMS or hosting an event, you’ve got two options: keep doing what’s always been done and hope for decent results, or rethink engagement entirely. Us? We're betting on the latter every single time 💰

Ho ho ho! 🎅 Merry Christmas to all! Did you know that Santa's not the only one who knows how to deliver the perfect gift? 🎁 Think of your LMS or event as a Christmas tree🎄 - beautiful on its own but truly magical when surrounded by thoughtful presents. That’s the magic of gamification and incentives! By wrapping learning or event engagement in personalized rewards, you turn every task or session into an exciting gift to unwrap. Whether it’s driving attendee participation or motivating learners to excel, gamification makes sure everyone feels the joy of accomplishment. This Christmas, give your learners and attendees the ultimate gift: a memorable, engaging, and rewarding experience. After all, the holidays are about giving - and gamification gives back in engagement, satisfaction, and results. And the best part? These gifts do often come with a bigger surprise - measurable success 💸

  • Who says engagement doesn’t pay? 💰 When people are genuinely excited to participate - whether it’s learners progressing through an LMS or attendees immersed in an event - the results go beyond simple metrics. They create real, measurable impact that transforms outcomes for businesses and organizations alike. Every completed task, every leaderboard victory, and every reward unlocked isn’t just a moment of excitement - it’s a catalyst for growth. Higher course completions lead to better-trained teams. Happier, engaged attendees create lasting impressions and stronger connections. And all of this? It translates into tangible outcomes like improved performance, enhanced brand loyalty, and boosted revenue. What makes this approach work is simple: tapping into what motivates people. By designing challenges, rewards, and recognition that resonate, you turn passive participation into active involvement, giving learners and attendees a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Engagement is more than a feel-good strategy; it’s a growth engine. The numbers don’t lie!

Aligning partner training with sales goals isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s a must-have for driving real business results. Yet, too often, partner management and learning teams operate in silos, with different goals and metrics. In a recent panel discussion, John Leh (Talented Learning), Brett Strauss (NetExam), and Jeff Campbell (Motrain), shared insights into breaking down these barriers. By fostering collaboration between channel leaders and L&D teams, organizations can align training with sales objectives and turn education into a revenue driver. 💡 Key takeaway: Regular collaboration and shared metrics between these teams ensure that training is tied directly to sales goals, making it more impactful. 🎥 Watch the full discussion here: https://lnkd.in/e9n6vK6u How do your learning and partner management teams work together? • Think about the last event you attended. How many sessions do you actually remember? How often did you feel truly engaged, challenged, or motivated to take action? Here’s the harsh reality: most traditional events fail to create meaningful connections or lasting impressions. Endless PowerPoints, uninspiring panel discussions, and passive formats leave attendees checked out instead of fired up. But here’s the thing - engagement is the foundation of a successful event. Without it, even the best speakers or topics can fall flat. So, how do you break the cycle and ensure your event stands out? Gamify your event. When you weave challenges, rewards, and interactive elements into your event, something extraordinary happens. Attendees shift from passive observers to active participants. They’re not just listening; they’re competing, collaborating, and driving their own experience. Gamification taps into motivation, making every session feel like a chance to achieve something meaningful. And the best part? Gamified events consistently see higher engagement rates, greater attendee satisfaction, and better ROI for organizers. This is what separates an event that’s easily forgotten from one that attendees talk about long after it’s over. Excitement isn’t just a bonus - it’s the key to creating impact that lasts.

  • Here’s a simple truth: people learn differently. Yet, many LMS platforms still use the same generic approach for all learners. The result? Engagement drops, progress slows, and motivation fades. So, why not transform the learning experience? By incorporating personalized rewards, learners can unlock incentives tailored to their individual achievements. Whether it’s earning points, unlocking exclusive content, or receiving badges, these rewards reinforce progress and provide instant recognition. Personalized rewards create a sense of accomplishment and keep learners motivated to continue their journey, turning learning into a dynamic and rewarding experience. With this approach, learners don’t just complete a course - they feel recognized and driven by their own unique successes. This leads to increased engagement, higher completion rates, and a much stronger sense of motivation, ultimately resulting in more effective learning outcomes. #LMS #Engagement #Gamification #Incentli

Helping companies grow revenue through incentivized training and events.

“External training programs are expensive. What is the ROI?” If you manage an external training program, you probably hear this question from senior leadership. Here is the good news: You can prove the ROI. And it is more impressive than you think. Let’s run the numbers with a real-world example: Imagine you are a manufacturing company training channel sales partners: 1️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: LMS setup and training content: $50,000 Incentives - learner engagement: $10,000 Total annual cost: $60,000 2️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵: You train 300 channel sales partners over the year. Each partner represents 10 end customers. That is 3,000 customers influenced by the training. 3️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Trained partners have 20% higher product knowledge and confidence, leading to a 10% increase in sales conversion rates. Average sale per customer: $1,500 Due to training, new customers gained: 300 (10% of 3,000 influenced customers). 4️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲: Additional revenue from training: 300 new customers x $1,500 = $450,000 5️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗢𝗜: Revenue gained: $450,000 Cost of program: $60,000 ROI: 750% The Takeaway: External training is not just a cost. It is a revenue generator. In this hypothetical, the company earned $7.50 in revenue for every dollar invested. Bonus Impact: 🔸Increased channel loyalty. 🔸Enhanced brand recognition with end customers. 🔸Advocacy and referrals from partners and customers. The question is not whether to invest in external training but how much to scale it. What ROI initiatives is your senior leadership considering? I'm Jeff, the founder of Incentli, and I've helped external training programs 30x their ROI. #externaltraining #roi #trainingstrategy #manufacturing #channelpartners #revenuegrowth #learnerengagement

  • Ever wonder why games are so addictive? It’s all about dopamine - the brain’s reward chemical. Gamification taps into this same mechanism to make learning not just engaging but irresistible. Here’s the process: 🏆 Small wins: Learners get coins for every achievement, triggering satisfaction. 🔜 Building anticipation: Progress bars create a sense of excitement to keep going. 🥇Real-time feedback: Leaderboards show learners how far they’ve come. The best part? These dopamine loops don’t just make training fun - they make it effective. Engaged learners retain more knowledge, complete courses faster, and stay motivated longer. Who says learning can’t be as exciting as leveling up in a game? No cheat codes required.
