Here at Helijet, we are proud to be the "Official Air Service Provider of Power To Be", a non-profit organization that creates access to nature for youth, families, and adults living with cognitive, physical, financial, and social barriers. Their year-round programming includes hiking, kayaking, surfing, and more. We have been a supporter of this amazing organization for over 20 years, working to create awareness of what they do, supporting and competing in fundraising events like Power To Summit, and providing flights to connect their Victoria and Vancouver teams. It’s exciting to see how our commitment to making a positive impact is reaching new heights through our partnership with Power To Be, and the incredible work that they’re doing in our community. So thank you - because when you fly with Helijet, you’re helping to make the world a more accessible place, one flight at a time.
About us
Helijet is proud to have been a part of the growth of British Columbia for the past three decades. In November 1986, armed with a vision, one helicopter and handful of dedicated employees Helijet began commuter service between downtown Vancouver and downtown Victoria. The first scheduled helicopter service in Canada! From that one helicopter and one route we have grown into a publicly traded company with a fleet of 10 helicopters, airplanes and over 100 employees. Helijet offers a wide range of scheduled, scenic and corporate charter services, serving Vancouver, Richmond, Victoria, Nanaimo, Haida Gwaii, Prince Rupert and spots inbetween. In addition Helijet is one of the largest Air Medical service providers in the Province. We look forward to helping the people of British Columbia get where they want to go for many decades to come.
