Only about 10% of trades workers in Canada and the U.S. are women, but Jill of All Trades (JOAT) is changing that. JOAT has provided hands-on experiences to young women in Grades 9 through 12, introducing them to the possibilities of a career in the trades. Enbridge #FuelingFutures has partnered with JOAT, supporting the successful delivery of these events. At Enbridge, we strongly believe in a diverse workforce and providing opportunities to women.

The Visionary Youth Peers for Equity and Revitalization (VYPER) in Abbotsford, BC, is dedicated to assisting Indigenous youth in reconnecting with their cultural heritage. Through cultural nights and youth meetings, VYPER provides opportunities for Indigenous youth to engage with, celebrate, and take pride in their traditions. Our #ENBFuelingFutures grant will provide support for their July 2025 powwow, which aims to attract a larger audience and foster a deeper understanding of Indigenous culture and traditions, including among non-Indigenous participants.

We’re soaking up the sun and building Texas-sized solar! The groundbreaking ceremony for Sequoia Solar marks a pivotal step forward for Enbridge as we continue to power the energy evolution. Sequoia Solar will harness the power of the Texas sun to provide sustainable energy to AT&T and Toyota North America. As we look ahead to 2025, we are increasing our dividend by 3%, our 30th consecutive annual increase. We expect to see a 9% increase in EBITDA in 2025 and are on track to meet guidance for the 19th consecutive year in 2024, demonstrating the predictability of our results and that we are a first-choice investment. This past month, we honored the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Native American communities, including the incredible work happening on the Apsáalooke (Crow) Nation in Montana. Organizations like Plenty Doors Community Development Corporation are creating lasting change by building hope, resilience, and prosperity for the people living on or near the reservation. Everyone should have access to clean, running water. This is just one of the initiatives this organization is doing for the community. Enbridge is proud to support Plenty Doors through our #ENBFuelingFutures program to ensure they can continue to open doors and create hope.
