CTN is looking for a permanent, full-time Decision Support Specialist who will collaborate and facilitate across teams to establish a vision for data-informed decision-making at CTN. This role is pivotal in enhancing data literacy among employees through experiential learning, ensuring data is not just a tool for validating hypotheses but a means to explore broader insights and opportunities. The Decision Support Specialist will leverage Business Intelligence tools—particularly MS PowerBI—to design, implement, and support data solutions. A strong background in statistical knowledge and a passion for mentoring colleagues with varying levels of data expertise are essential. The Decisions Support Specialist will be responsible to support clinical programs performance measurement activities through managing senior level data reports, participating in regular team meeting and will lead discussions around analytical requirements of the clinical teams. The Decision Support Specialist supports the implementation of the CTN data strategy, data quality activities and analytic products to support strategic decision making, quality, performance, and strategic initiatives at CTN. This position reports to the Manager, Quality, Measurement and Evaluation.

CTN is looking for a temporary, full-time (contract) Service Navigator who will be responsible for providing information and processing referrals for children, youth, and their families. The Service Navigator uses clinical judgement to review and prioritize referrals, complete strengths/needs-based assessment, link the client and family to appropriate services in the community and apply appropriate service delivery guidelines. The Service Navigator uses critical thinking skills to respond to and resolve issues, concerns, complaints, and risks. The Service Navigator works collaboratively with Intake team members, clients, families, and network partners. This position reports to the Supervisor, Service Navigation.

CTN is looking for a permanent, full-time Network Training Facilitator who will support the development and delivery of education and training events in accordance with CTN’s annual training plan. The Network Training Facilitator will work collaboratively with CTN staff and partners to ensure training meets the needs of various stakeholders and supports CTN’s Strategic Plan. The focus of this position will be to support the Lead, Clinical Modernization in capacity building for the CTN corporate team and the Network; to support the delivery of services guided by our clinical pillars. This position reports to the Lead, Clinical Modernization.

CTN is looking for a permanent, full-time Information Technology (IT) Specialist who will be accountable for implementation and upgrade, ongoing support and maintenance, consultation and/or promotion of Information Technology systems (applications, hardware, infrastructure, etc.), and will participate in the successful delivery of IT solutions to meet CTN business needs. This role will provide second-tier technical support to internal and external Customers, as well as assistance to all members of the IT Team. The IT Specialist reports to the Manager, Information Technology.

CTN is looking for a permanent, full-time Clinical Program Specialist who will provide clinical and procedural support to CTN Programs and Services Managers, contracted agencies, frontline providers, and other relevant stakeholders. The Clinical Program Specialist will lead, implement, and support various aspects of clinical practice, program development, process improvement, resource development, workshop development, professional practice training, capacity building, and collaboration with CTN’s programs. This position reports to the Manager, Urgent Response Services and Coordinated Service Planning.

CTN is looking for a permanent, full-time Registered Nurse who will be responsible for providing nursing support and consultation services to children, youth, and families within CTN’s Developmental Medical Clinic, Extensive Needs Services, Medical Behavioural Clinic, and the Ontario Autism Program Urgent Response Services (URS). This position reports to the Manager, Urgent Response Services and Coordinated Service Planning.

CTN is looking for a permanent, full-time Manager, Corporate Services who will lead procurement and contract activities, asset and risk management, site and lease administration, health and safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity with a focus on consistency, quality, compliance with legislation, and development of and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
