This allows us to provide FULL contract skilled worker services to you as a platform user, including sourcing new workers to meet your needs. We have onboarded members of their team onto the platform at https://crew-connect.ca This now allows us to onboard workers who don't have a company, insurance or WCB to onboard through our partnering company, Koan Construction. All they have to do is sign up, update their schedule in the app and get contracted. This allows any worker, whether self-employed, employed with another company or unemployed, to sign on and get working right away! More features to come soon! I’m excited to introduce my new platform, Crew Connect! Crew Connect is built to connect skilled workers with employers who need extra hands on deck. The platform connects employers to workers by giving employers a way to get skilled workers on demand, unlike any solution they’ve had before. The platform is designed to give employers the ability to pick the best talent for the job. Have you ever hired help and had them not show up to the job? You feel powerless when this happens, and you are liable for the work that gets missed. This happened to me, which is why I am building this solution. This platform allows you to feel confident that the person you are hiring will show up. This platform is where: • You can book skilled workers through the app for however long you need them. You can see worker's certificates and tickets, all verified through the platform. You can see workers ratings (Job acceptance rate, accountability score, attendance and skills) • You can see what the worker brings with them to the site and choose specialty equipment that they offer. • You get access to workers that you couldn’t before. Skilled workers who do shift work can sign up and work on their off days, giving you top-tier talent for the time you need. These are all features that are being built into the platform. So, what are you seeing today at https://crew-connect.ca? Development is in motion, and the platform is improving every day. The platform is currently built to where you can see a workers' profile, calendars, and skills and call them to book them. As the platform expands and makes it out of beta, there will be more features such as built-in ratings, job tracking, advanced searches, worker-to-job matching and payment processing directly through the app. Currently, I am the first and only platform user, contracting myself out as a journeyman plumber.
