The Broderick Avenue Road Reconstruction Project is Complete On January 16, 2024, City Council approved Phase Two of the Broderick Road Reconstruction Project. Rankin Construction Inc. has now completed Phase Two of the Broderick Avenue Road Reconstruction between Westmount Avenue and Collier Road North. Thank you to the Canada Community Building Fund (CCBF) who have contributed $1,397,000.00 towards the Broderick Avenue Reconstruction ($775,000.00 for Phase Two and $622,000.00 for Phase One). The total awarded amount of both phases of the project was $4,111,157.00 ($1,993,425.00 for Phase Two & $2,117,732.00 for Phase One). Learn more about this project at https://bit.ly/3CvQDE5
