Eventbrite Registration Here:  https://lnkd.in/eCThYTY2 The innovative production leadership in the mass timber industry influenced the formation of the PBI - We are now working with a breadth of specialized manufacturers (structure, envelope, M&E, water, interiors, etc.) to separately manufacture and ship components of large mixed-use, multi-story buildings to our project sites for orchestrated assembly by our construction teams. This model is unique in the Canadian market, differing from traditional prefabricated or modular home designs you might be familiar with where complete single-family home packages are built in a centralized, large factory. Thanks to the support and collaboration of the National Research Council Canada / Conseil national de recherches Canada, Mitsubishi Electric, Arthroto Industries Inc., UnitiWall Corporation, and the partnership interests of a growing number of property developers across Canada, we are now ready to launch a new strategy called the “Prefab Buildings Initiative” to apply our combined expertise for the rapid construction of multi-unit housing projects across Canada - and you are invited to participate! Projects built through the Prefab Buildings Initiative will benefit from faster construction timelines, reduced costs, and enhanced quality control, resulting in quicker project delivery. We have established our Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) to build a national portfolio of projects. We are now raising capital through our REIT and need your help in tipping us over the finish line. www.cetanareit.ca There is a targeted number of people we need investing into the REIT in order to meet legal requirements.
