We're happy to report that s2e Technologies Inc.'s Eve Park Buildings A & B are now BUILT GREEN® High Density Platinum certified! BUILT GREEN is a Canadian-based labelling program that awards residential buildings that demonstrate exceptional environmental performance. It is administered by Built Green Canada, an industry-driven, national, non-profit organization. Both of these buildings met the BUILT GREEN Platinum level compliance requirements for the Energy & Envelope, a 35% improvement over NECB 2017, as well as met BUILT GREEN’s certification requirements in Materials & Methods, Indoor Air Quality, Ventilation, Waste Management, Water Conservation, Business Practices, and Occupant Wellness.
