Yanmar Turkey Makine A.Ş.'s initiative is a very good example of Yanmar’s corporate philosophy of HANASAKA. “Hanasaka” means "to bloom" and represents Yanmar’s commitment to nurturing people's dreams. (English Translation below)

🌸 Geleceğin yetenekleri; kara, deniz ve şehir alanlarındaki uygulamalı eğitimlerle çiçek açıyor! 🌸 Yanmar Turkey Makine A.Ş. olarak, insanların ve geleceğin çiçek açmasını amaçlayan HANASAKA Felsefemizden aldığımız ilhamla "Sakura - Gelecek Çiçek Açsın" kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk projemizi hayata geçirdik. UNDP proje partneri Alternatif Yaşam Derneği iş birliği ile yürüttüğümüz proje kapsamında, sosyal imkanlara erişimi kısıtlı bölgelerde yaşayan 12-15 yaş arası 30 başarılı ortaokul öğrencisine; başta tarım olmak üzere iş kollarımızın yer aldığı kara, deniz ve şehir alanlarında deneyim kazanma imkanı tanıyarak gelişimlerine katkıda bulunmaktan mutluluk duyuyoruz. Mart ayından bu yana devam eden projemizde geçtiğimiz hafta sonu, Alternatif Yaşam Derneği'nin Urla'daki yerleşkesinde tarım odaklı gerçekleştirdiğimiz çalışmada "Gelecek Çiçek Açsın Bahçesini" kurduk. Tarım İş Kolumuzda görev yapan Yüksek Ziraat Mühendisi Damla Geboloğlu etkinlik boyunca öğrencilere; fide dikim zamanı, fide seçimi, fide ekimi ve sonraki adımlar ile ilgili bilgiler verdi. Mesleklerin konuşulduğu bölümde ise ziraat mühendisinin çalışma alanlarından bahsederek öğrencilerin merak ettiği soruları cevapladı. Devam eden etkinliklerimizde birlikte çiçek açmaya ve geleceğin yeteneklerine destek vermeye devam edeceğiz. * 🌸Future talent blooms with hands-on training on land, at sea and in the city!🌸 As Yanmar Turkey Makine A.Ş., we have launched our corporate social responsibility project "Sakura - Let the Future Bloom", inspired by our HANASAKA philosophy of making people and the future blossom. Through the project, which we are implementing in cooperation with our UNDP project partner Alternative Life Association, we are pleased to be able to contribute to the development of 30 successful secondary school students between the ages of 12 and 15 who live in regions with limited access to social opportunities, by giving them the opportunity to gain experience in the land, sea and urban areas where our businesses, particularly agriculture, are located. As part of our project, which has been running since March, we planted the "Let the Future Bloom Garden" at the AYDER campus in Urla last weekend as part of an agriculture-focused project. During the event, Senior Agricultural Engineer Damla Geboloğlu, who works in our Agriculture Business Line, informed the students about planting time, seedling selection, planting and the next steps. In the careers section, she talked about the work of agricultural engineers and answered the students' questions. We will continue to bloom together and support the talents of the future in our ongoing events. #Yanmar #YanmarTurkey #HANASAKA #Sakura #GelecekÇiçekAçsın
