Olympus Korea (OKR) and the Korean Cancer Society (KCS) recently organized a "Going-on Walk" event, where about 80 participants - including cancer survivors and Olympus volunteers - joined forces in a "plogging" activity (picking up litter while jogging) to clean up the trail. This was held as part of the "Going-on" campaign, led by OKR and KCS, a social contribution initiative aimed at fostering public awareness and providing emotional support for cancer survivors. The "Going-on Walk" is held annually to promote environmental conservation and public awareness of living with cancer. In addition to the cleanup, various recreational activities, such as cancer-related quizzes and a choir performance by the Korean Breast Cancer Association, were organized to raise awareness about cancer. #sustainability #cancerawareness
