That’s why, once again this year, through the Bosch Engineering Center and the Bosch Cluj Plant, we were partners of the "10 pentru Cluj" Excellence Gala .🥇 Together with the City Hall and the Local Council of Cluj-Napoca, we had the joy of celebrating and awarding young people of Cluj who excel in their fields, being talented, creative, winning competitions, or getting involved in projects that make our city a better place to grow and develop. At the Bosch Cluj Plant, our colleagues have brought the Christmas spirit closer during this period, enthusiastically engaging in numerous activities aimed at spreading joy within the local community. 🎄 Children from the Generații Bonțida Center and the Everychild Day Center received personalized gifts, carefully prepared to bring smiles and the magic of the holiday season. 🤝 In partnership with the Caritas Eparhial Greco-Catholic Association, our colleagues also supported mothers in need within the community by providing packages tailored to their needs. 🎨 Additionally, the "Where Art Meets Vision" exhibition showcased artistic talent, bringing together the photographs of our colleagues and paintings by a young artist, supported by the Bosch Romania Foundation. The funds raised will help fulfill her dream of continuing her artistic journey. Together, we managed to spread the warmth and magic of Christmas! 🌠💖

Adrian joined Bosch in September 2013, which turned out to be a transformative journey. Starting as a 1st Level Support Associate, his dedication, and commitment to collaboration saw him rise through roles like Lead Agent, Team Leader, and now Operations Manager. Today, he proudly leads the IT Service Desk Team in Timișoara, an important part of Bosch's global operations. 🌍 "Having a purpose and making a difference", Adrian shares. With a clear mission to deliver top-notch IT solutions and a supportive team by his side, he tackles challenges head-on, constantly learning and evolving. His philosophy is simple yet impactful: empower people. Bosch is committed to education and supports the development of young talent, helping shape future generations through innovation and valuable partnerships. The Bosch Blaj Plant participated in UMFST Days 2024, an event dedicated to education and innovation, organized by the “G.E. Palade” University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology in Târgu Mureș. 📚 Discussions with students provided a great opportunity to explore how academic preparation can align with the demands of the job market. Our colleague Mădălina, Human Resources Manager, engaged in valuable conversations about building careers in the industrial sector. 🔬 In the Bosch Laboratory, participants enjoyed a hands-on experience, discovering state-of-the-art measurement technologies and learning how they enhance the efficiency and precision of industrial processes. 🚀 💻 The LSTGM Hackathon was another highlight, where our colleague Alexandru mentored the OptiByte team in developing an innovative application for a universal medical archive, a perfect blend of innovation and collaboration. ✨ 🏆 The event concluded with a celebration of students who completed the Bosch Academy program.
