🎄✨ Christmas Neuron Installation – the Heimdall Power way 😎 Why do it by hand when you can do it with drones? The beautiful Christmas Neuron has now found its safe place on our Christmas tree, thanks to our excellent drone wizards Emil and Kamil 🙌 ⚡️ Following the recent development of our 10-second autonomous drone installation, this is probably our fastest drone installation yet, although slightly less complex when you are not operating on live power lines. 👷♂️ NB: Please don’t try this at home! #heimdallpower #christmasneuron #droneinstallation

🇩🇪 N-ERGIE Netz GmbH Becomes Heimdall Power’s 10th Customer in Germany! 📈 Following in the footsteps of nine other German utilities, we are very happy to announce that N-Ergie soon will deploy our software and Neuron sensors to enable Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) in key areas of their grid. ⚡️ Almost like an early Christmas gift, our sensors (not the Christmas edition) are already on their way to Germany, where they will aid N-Ergie in improving the network utilization of their grid, which spans 1,300 kilometers of high-voltage lines. 🔋 The new project is a part of N-Ergie’s long-term strategy, where they have committed to invest around one billion euros to transform its grid and support Germany’s energy transition. 💡 Read more details about the partnership here: https://bit.ly/4fiUCBE #heimdallpower #dynamiclinerating #icemonitoring

🇫🇷 From Bonnelles to Oslo: Meet Tristan, Our Project Manager  📍 Tristan grew up in Bonnelles, a small village south of Paris. Inspired by visits to his father’s workplace—a tech company developing industrial sensors—he discovered his passion for engineering early on. 🎓 With a Master’s in Software Engineering and experience across several countries, Tristan has balanced hands-on software development with project management. Within his first month at Heimdall Power, he played a key role in successfully installing a new SCADA connector—a proud achievement and an exciting start to his journey here. ⛰️ Off-duty, you’ll find Tristan running, hiking, skiing, or relaxing at his off-grid mountain cabin powered only by solar panels. 🔋 Enabling new business with Kystnett 🌟 We’re proud to welcome the Norwegian DSO, Kystnett, as a new Heimdall Power customer. The utility has already started deploying our software and sensors, which will be used to perform Dynamic Line Rating in a key part of their grid. 📈 The motivation for this new project is to enable increased electricity consumption for an important industrial plant in the region. Further, it will also be an important measure for the company to gain first-hand experience of how new technology can increase power-flow in their existing infrastructure. 🌨️ Located in Northern Norway, the team at Kystnett is not stranger to experiencing extremely harsh weather conditions in their operating region, especially in the upcoming winter months.
