Quality Spotlight: Enhancing Operational Excellence Through Digital QMS We’re excited to announce the successful completed a major step in our digital transformation journey! In collaboration with The Life Science Cluster , we embarked project to digitize our Quality Management System with the adaptable eQMS Bizzmine software. Over the last three years, we have reimagined our QMS processes by fully digitizing areas like document and training management, non-conformance and CAPA management, supplier management, audit program and complaint handling. The project also included rigorous validation to ensure the system meets our exacting standards of safety, compliance, and functionality. The system has been audited multiple times during customer and certification audits, receiving positive feedback from auditors for its effectiveness and compliance. Employees have also praised the system for being user-friendly and improving their daily operations, making their work more efficient and seamless. This is a huge step toward operational excellence, enhancing both efficiency and quality across the organization. Thank you to our team and partners who made this transformation a reality!

Job title: Production Engineer Joakim is a part of the production team, one of the most essential parts of our business! He is a versatile team member and has a very good standing with our cells. We believe it’s because of his sweetness from the inside out (try for internal joke, for those who don’t know about cells – they live on glucose = sugar). Yesterday, the Curida Diatec team had the pleasure of attending the Cell Therapy Innovation Symposium 2024, hosted by Thermo Fisher Scientific at the Oslo Cancer Cluster. The event brought together leading minds from around the globe, offering invaluable insights into the latest advancements and strategies in cell therapy. Meet the team! 💎 We would like to present our incredible co-workers that make Curida Diatec go around every day. Here is: Aina Karlstrøm! Job title: Production Scientist Aina is one of our two scientists, optimizing current production processes and using her analytical and creative skills in science to meet our customers’ needs! She’s a highly competent and trustable person, currently elected to be the employee representative both in the Board and the Working Environment Committee. I would even trust her to give me a tattoo (yes, she can do that too..!) Get to know Aina: 1. Describe your job in three words: Interesting, challenging and investigative 2. The thing I enjoy most about my job is: The collaborative efforts everyone puts in to solve a problem. It’s unbelievable what can happen when several people from various departments put their heads together! 3. What’s a skill you would like to improve on? Bowling! We played last week after work, and I placed last… twice! 4. What’s your favourite thing to do on the weekends? Cook food for friends and family – as long as someone else does the dishes afterwards. 5. What's your most-used app on your phone? NY Times games - not to brag, but I’ve solved crosswords archived all the way back to the 90’s!
