As we approach the end of 2024, we are grateful to reflect on an incredible year of growth. Our turnover has increased by more than 75% compared to 2023, and our order backlog has grown significantly, demonstrating our strengthened market position. 85% of our sales for 2024 are exports, highlighting our strong global reach and trusted solutions. In 2024, we have delivered ROV systems and secured new contracts across key markets, including South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, the USA, Argentina, the United Arab Emirates, Croatia, Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. We currently have 8 electric WROV systems in production, including one rated for 6,000 meters and another for 7,000 meters, as well as 5 electric observation-class ROV systems. This aligns with our vision to deliver a complete portfolio of electric ROV systems, from observation-class vehicles to large WROVs, all integrated with our Poseidon control system, which offers optional autonomous and “over-the-horizon” capabilities. Another Argus Inspector ROV has been successfully delivered to Adriatic Commercial Diving LTD in Croatia. The 600-meter-rated ROV is delivered with a pilot chair featuring integrated joystick controls, an Argus electric manipulator, a tether, an Argus winch, and the Sonardyne Micro-Ranger 2 USBL positioning system. We are honoured that Adriatic Commercial Diving has chosen Argus as its partner for this project. We appreciate their trust in our technology and expertise. We wish them success with their new ROV system.

A Lasting Partnership in the Marine Industry: Nautilus Marine Service GmbH and Argus Remote Systems AS announce Agent agreement. Nautilus Marine Service GmbH, based in Germany, and Argus Remote Systems AS, based in Norway, have shared a special bond for many years. Nautilus, with nearly 40 years of expertise in high-pressure glass housings, and Argus, with over three decades of experience in remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), have built a relationship rooted in mutual respect and shared values in the marine industry. The two companies, strengthened by their mutual dedication to excellence in the marine industry. This bond extends to their leadership, as Steffen Pausch, Managing Director of Nautilus Marine Service, and Frode Korneliussen, Managing Director of Argus Remote Systems, have known each other for many years. Their professional and personal connection has fostered collaboration, exemplifying the strength of international partnerships in the marine technology sector. Now, both companies are taking their relationship to the next level by formalizing their collaboration through an official Agent Agreement. As part of this partnership, Nautilus Marine Service will act as an agent for Argus Remote Systems in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This agreement represents the culmination of years of trust and cooperation and marks an exciting new chapter in their partnership.

We’re pleased to share that another Argus Mariner, equipped with a top hat TMS and a Hydramec Offshore Hydraulic Systems-manufactured LARS system featuring Active Heave Compensation from Scantrol AS, is ready for delivery. The TMS is our new-generation, fully electric top-hat model, capable of handling 400 meters of tether. The Mariner ROV comes with an Argus-manufactured survey multiplexer, which is set up for Multi-Beam Echosounder, Side Scan Sonar, TSS Pipe Tracker, and Innomar Sub Bottom Profiler integration. This ROV system has the latest generation Poseidon control system and a 7-function titanium 3D-printed manipulator from TiTANrob. A robust tool, prepared for new underwater missions.

Exciting times for our team as we ramp up production on a new batch of electric thrusters for our WROV systems. With a proven track record of reliability and performance over many years, these thrusters are ready to support our latest projects and contracts.

Today, Argus Remote Systems proudly delivered an ROV to Marine Imaging Technologies, LLC, based in Cape Cod, USA. This ROV represents the 150th electric vehicle manufactured by our team, marking a milestone in our journey of delivering innovative and reliable electric ROV systems. The ROV is equipped with dynamic positioning and our well-recognized Poseidon control system.   We are grateful for the trust Evan Kovacs, the Founder and Director of Marine Imaging Technologies, has placed in us as he embarks on a journey with his first Argus vehicle. Its first project will be in Puerto Rico this April, but it will be used throughout the summer off Cape Cod on Marine Imaging’s RV Catapult for wind farm surveys and shipwreck exploration off New England.
