𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗔/𝗦 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗧𝗡 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮  On 19 December 2024, Scan Global Logistics A/S announced its acquisition of 100% of the shares in ITN Logistics Group.   🚢 ITN Logistics Group is a leading privately owned Canadian freight forwarder offering a full suite of global logistics solutions across transport modes. In 2023, ITN Logistics Group generated a yearly revenue of approximately CAD 170m.   The transaction is subject to anti-trust approval from the Canadian authorities, and closing is expected during first quarter of 2025.   🤝 Schjødt has acted as lead legal counsel for Scan Global Logistics A/S in the completion of the acquisition together with the Canadian law firm, Stikeman Elliott LLP, who served as local counsel. (previously Höegh LNG) held by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners. The Höegh family will retain its 50% shareholding and long-term commitment as owner in the company.   Höegh Evi is a global leader in delivering floating energy infrastructure to countries advancing energy security and a pioneer in the energy transition.    The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.   Core Schjødt team has comprised of Tord Fondevik, Norman Hansen Meyer, Daniel Bolsveen Nyhus, Sunniva Kinsella and Nina Lykke Fiksdahl Haavik.
