Just as we focus on physical health, it has become essential worldwide to prioritize mental health as well. Therefore, we declared 2024 as the year to focus on the mental health of our employees and increase awareness about mental well-being. The MSMental Care campaign has been successfully implemented throughout the year. 💙🧡 As part of the campaign: 🤝 Over 90 employees received 139 free individual psychological counseling sessions 🌱 We organized 4 corporate mental health training sessions 🧠 Throughout the year, we shared 50 pieces of mental health-related information every Tuesday via internal channels Paying attention to mental health positively impacts productivity, success, and overall quality of life, reducing stress and increasing satisfaction.
