About us
Spectrum is a flagship learning and development intervention of Reliance Hydrocarbons. Launched in 2016, Spectrum is focused on strengthening the learning culture, capability building, and engagement across the organization. In 2020 for the first time, Spectrum was launched in a digital avatar and was extended to families. Our objective is to build a holistic learning experience that is centered around future-readiness and inspires one to break boundaries and foster a culture of sustained development.
