Our flagship CSR program - #PGShiksha reflects this commitment. This year, #PGShiksha turns 20, celebrating two decades of driving continued positive impact in communities through a single-minded focus on a national priority - education. From building school infrastructure in the early years, to now broadening the scope and focusing on learning outcomes by improving foundational literacy and numeracy, P&G Shiksha is impacting over 50 lakh children from underserved communities. What better than the #InternationalVolunteerDay to kickstart the celebrations of #20YearsofPGShiksha, by bringing together two of our strongest pillars – our people and the communities we serve, live, and operate in. With nearly 500 volunteers registering, P&G employees, families, agency partners, distributor partners and NGO volunteers came together at 10 locations across the country in one of our largest volunteering drives of its kind. The volunteers engaged students through specially curated teaching modules, and invested in the learning and all round development of the students. Recently, we brought learning to life—fostering creativity, building confidence, and igniting hope for a brighter future.     During my recent visit to the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and India, I had the privilege of listening and learning from our engagement with consumers, customers and employees. Joined by Bala Purushothaman, our CHRO, and Andre Schulten, our CFO, we had meaningful discussions that touched on topics related to consumer insights and our focus on superiority to create a unique consumer experience that drives category growth and value creation. These visits reaffirmed one of my core beliefs—growth stems from listening and learning, both from the people we serve and each other.   • As per reports, over 6 crore primary school students in the country are challenged by #LearningGaps, whereby their learning levels fall behind their grade’s expected learning level. This learning challenge disproportionately impacts children in underserved and resource deficit communities, like the tribal regions of the country.   This #InternationalLiteracyDay, we are celebrating children from such communities, who are working tirelessly to overcome hurdles and improve their learning outcomes, with a little help from us. We are enabling them through an AI enabled learning tool - #Mindspark, developed and implemented by our partners Educational Initiatives as part of the #PGShiksha initiative. This film by Educational Initiatives beautifully brings to you the evolution and impact of this initiative on students, teachers, and community leaders alike.
