#Exclusive | The article touches on the need for India to significantly add 400 million women to its workforce by 2047 to hit its $30 trillion target, requiring the Women’s Labour Force Participation Rate (WLFPR) to nearly double to 70%. In essence, India’s future prosperity depends heavily on its ability to get more women into the workforce. Looking ahead, the private sector’s role in promoting gender diversity will either make or break this endeavour.
