A job guarantees immediate income, while practice takes months or even years to stabilize. ✅ 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘆: Sitting at home for 2-3 months without income to build a practice isn't an option when your family depends on you. The fear of "What if it doesn't work out?" looms large. ✅ 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀: Dreams of a flourishing practice are real, but when there's pressure to start earning right away. Jobs feel like the practical choice to fulfill immediate needs. ✅ 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Many of us don’t come from families with a business background. In this Job hunt Journey as a CA FRESHER. I heard a lot of Statements which put me in Self doubts like I am good for nothing. Heard things like : - We can offer you only 4 LPA because you have very basic exposure and we have to teach you, guide you. ( Koi ese logo ko smjhaye FRESHER ka meaning🙂) - As a CA FRESHER in Delhi my expectations is 8-10 LPA and I heard from many that my expectations is too high. - I don't want your degree I want exposure. - Get Rejected at many places sometimes due to not having high level experience knowledge sometimes having high package expectations. - At many places I get filtered out because my graduation is from open, multiple attempts, not having industry exposure etc etc. ------------------------------------------------------------------- It's ok to have preference criteria. it's ok to bargain it's ok to judge on what exposure someone had, no of attempts etc etc but it's not ok to demotivate and put someone in self doubt for your own selfish reasons. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Saare reasons ek tarah and you cleared CA and you got a degree yeh ek taraf. Your degree has a value !!! Don't settle for 4-6 LPA it's a disrespect to your hardwork, sacrifice, patience. We should accept and move on and try to do what we can do best. ---------------------------------------------------------------- For CA Aspirants : I'll suggest ✅ Don't follow ABC analysis try to cover most of the syllabus. ✅ Be Concept Oriented more instead of Question Oriented only. ✅ Multiple revision is the key and follow study material strictly. ---------------------------------------------------------------- For May 24 Students: I'll suggest ✅ Currently best we can do is upsill ourselves due to tough competition. ✅ Keep trying to consistently apply and find some reference. #cafinal #cafresher #icai #ca #exam
