  • Bridging the past and present, we reimagined this heritage site with thoughtful new additions. ✨ Two new blocks have been seamlessly integrated, honoring the timeless colonial architecture while catering to contemporary needs. The gazebo block façade mirrors the heritage structure’s charm, creating harmony between the old and new. Meanwhile, the services block, complete with dedicated parking, acts as a functional yet elegant facilitator to the existing site. Every detail was envisioned to enhance and complement the heritage structure, allowing its history to shine while meeting modern demands. This is where timelessness meets purpose. Stay tuned for more glimpses of this project! 🌿

  • Listening to a Site’s Story 💫 Every site has a story to tell, and as designers, our job is to listen and learn. At TOD Innovations, we often find that the best ideas emerge when we navigate constraints and respond thoughtfully to the context. In our recent project, we were challenged to create something extraordinary within a well-defined framework. Located in the heart of Delhi, this site presented unique constraints that, instead of limiting us, became a canvas for creativity. We embraced the existing elements—lush greenery and the architectural character of the space—and worked with them to shape a design that feels functional and deeply connected to its surroundings. By working with the natural elements, we created a space that not only functions well but also aligns with the essence of its environment. This project reminded me of something we strongly believe: thoughtful design isn’t about resisting limitations—it’s about weaving them seamlessly into the story of the space. It’s always fulfilling when constraints turn into opportunities! #designthinking #contextualdesign

  • Do you know where the beauty lies? 🌟 It’s the seamless transitions that make everyday life special. At TOD Innovations, we believe these spaces weave a story and enhance the overall experience. In 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, we designed every area to flow smoothly into the next. As you enter, a lovely bookshelf gently separates the foyer from the living room, creating a warm and inviting feel. Moving from the living room to the dining area, we wanted a cosy spot for family and friends to gather. That’s why we added a charming wooden swing, connecting the spaces and making the transition feel effortless and fun. And one of our favourite spots? The corridor leading to the kitchen. We designed this space with family photos framed in elegant mouldings, turning each step into a walk down memory lane. Ever noticed how these transitional spaces tell a story of connection? #interiordesign #homedesign

Your clients will not say this to you!!! You know how people often say, “Listen to your clients’ expectations!” But the truth is, sometimes clients don’t tell us exactly what they want. From my experience, many expectations are unspoken, and noticing them can really make a difference. Body language is a big clue. If a client crosses their arms or looks away, they might not be comfortable with what’s being discussed. When I see these signs, I ask how they really feel about the ideas we’re talking about. I also pay attention to their tone. If they sound excited about one part but less so about another, it’s worth asking more questions I love to encourage my clients to share their thoughts openly. Instead of asking, “Do you like this design?” I prefer to say, “What do you imagine when you think of your ideal space?” This helps them express what they really want. Have you noticed any unspoken expectations with your clients? #clientrelationships  #architecture

  • We recently designed versatile stalls with a focus on modular design and sustainability! Crafted with clean lines and precise angles, these stalls are designed to be easily stacked and reused for future exhibitions, reducing material waste while enhancing functionality. The modular approach allows for incredible flexibility without compromising on visual appeal. The result? A cohesive, efficient, and striking exhibition space where every stall contributes to an elevated experience. 💫 Take a closer look at how our design turned the exhibition space into a dynamic and adaptable setting!

  • Seeing our vision come to life, brick by brick, is always such a thrill! Sharing that progress with our clients makes it even more rewarding. We recently had the opportunity to visit the 𝗟𝗼𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆 site with our client, and it was an incredible experience! These site visits aren’t just about checking off progress They’re all about bringing the design to life and helping clients visualise how their space is evolving. During this walkthrough, we discussed a few necessary adjustments along the way. It’s so valuable for our clients to see firsthand how each tweak enhances the overall functionality and flow of the space. This way, they can truly appreciate how every detail aligns with their vision and how each change adds real value. On-site conversations like these are so important—not just for reassurance but also for building a direct connection to the project. It’s the perfect time to address questions, gather insights, and make sure everything is just right. How often do you visit with clients on-site to experience their project’s evolution? #sitevisits  #clientengagement Lohia Worldspace Pyush Lohia Harikesh Tripathi Kulveer Bhati

  • We recently had a delightful model-making session that turned into a heartwarming experience for our team. As we were busy crafting the 3D model of our new office layout, our office helper Aunty approached with a curious look. With a big smile, she leaned in closer to check out the model. She pointed and said, “Yahan toh kitchen hoga, hai na?”—and she was exactly right; that was the kitchen! She then went on to correctly identify the conference room and other spaces, one by one. Her excitement sparked a lively conversation, and we happily explained how each area was designed to flow together. It was such a joy to see her so engaged!  Watching her connect the different spaces and understand the layout showed how powerful visualization can be. A model is definitely one of the best ways to bring our ideas to life. What kind of visualization do you enjoy using in your projects? #modelmaking  #teamwork
