    Ever wondered what a bad Digital/User Experience cost us??? ~ It is just a corner case, it will never occur again, let's ignore it ! ~ Nobody has highlighted it ever, it doesn't need too much attention ! These are some of the classic statements which leads to negligence and create gaps in the Digital Experience of a product which are not directly visible to the organisation/product team's eye. Recently as a networking exercise, I was trying to reach out to some of people and industry experts out on LinkedIn. Taking a professional approach as usual, I wrote a personalized invite introducing and providing a background for the connection request. Assuming that the message went out perfectly and expecting a positive response, I relaxed a bit and continued. Thanks to one of the kind professionals out of all the people I reached out to, highlighted that the message/invite I initiated looked like a SCAM as other person received 3 copies of the same message in the inbox. And to my surprise I was really not aware as I tried writing the message only once. It might not look like a big problem to the Business owner But let me highlight what this issue in the Digital Experience costed me : 1. It costed a Professional Relation 2. It costed a reduced trust of a prospect client for a Business 3. It projected a wrong Brand Image 4. It costed a prospect Business Opportunity and thereby Revenue 5. It lead to the loss of reference opportunities which could have helped the business grow So the major highlight of this incident which happened with me today and will be helpful for Businesses out there who are trying to build a impactful product is that: "A BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CAN HAVE A CHAIN REACTION OF DEMEANING IMPACTS ON A BUSINESS VALUE AND ITS IMAGE" Discovering, Analyzing and Solving some of these challenges which are not visible from an organisation's eye, is what we are good at Thinkedia Consulting Let us help you discover your audience perspective and re-imaging the reality so that your business does not face downside of a bad digital experience like I did. #baduserexperience #digitaltransformationjourney #businessvalue #brandimage
