Celebrating a fantastic 2-year journey with the extraordinary Appsmith team! 🎉 From an external consultant to a key team member, the evolution has been incredible. Engagement is at the heart of what I do, and in our remote setup, finding optimal meeting times is crucial. Having organized 2 offsite events for Appsmith, I've witnessed firsthand the meticulous planning and execution of each one. From selecting locations to coordinating with partners, planning activities, and ensuring stakeholder engagement, it's a labour of love that takes months. Yet, the impact is immeasurable! In a remote environment, meeting for 5 consecutive days challenges individuals to step out of their comfort zones, fostering openness, diversity, and continuous learning. At Appsmith, our offsites aren't just about fun; they're opportunities to learn, connect, and bring those experiences back to our remote setups. In our recent most offsite Devin McIntire, crafted a beautiful agenda focused on learning and growth for the team and every individual, that promotes understanding and facilitates meaningful feedback and decision-making for remote teams. A big shoutout to our leaders— Abhishek Nayak, Nikhil Nandagopal, and Arpit Mohan, for their visionary leadership, and dedication to fostering a winning attitude within the team.
