After our stints in various corporates, we found our true calling to be in bringing transformation to the teams we worked and played with; be it professional or sports. In 2017, Strength Factors started out as a sports based employee engagement consulting organization. Through our experiences we had realised the potential of sports in bringing character transformation. We bring the same experiences to our clients now. We offer services in corporate wellness, team building, employee engagement, associate empowerment and people manager skill enhancement. Using lessons from Football and Touch rugby, we deliver engaging and activity oriented interventions.
