📢 Appointment of RERAT Members Imperative The high court observed that the appointment of chairperson and members of the Real Estate Regulatory Appellate Tribunal (RERAT) is imperative and cannot be stalled on the ground that Lok Sabha elections have been declared. Pointing out that proceedings have been on since January 22, Justice M Nagaprasanna directed the state government to take necessary action before April 15.
