In November, we launched Hack4Health—our in-house healthtech hackathon. Hack4Health brought our caregivers (our employees) together to collaborate, create, and shape the future of healthcare. 300+ caregivers participated, tackling one of 7 themes around the topic of ‘Health for a Better World’. We received 119 team entries, with 80 ideas shortlisted for coding. Over six weeks, the teams refined and finalized their ideas, with a focused ‘Last Mile’ coding day, an innovation showcase, and a grand finale Innovation Arena, where finalists pitched their solutions to a panel of judges. In the end, we celebrated the winning teams, whose trailblazing innovations exemplify the new ways in which we think, learn, and build #HealthforaBetterWorld . Congratulations to our winners: 1.
