My Journey from CA to Business Automation From the beginning, I’ve been passionate about business automation. After completing my CA course, I joined our family business, spanning multiple sectors like stone mining, stone factory, fuel stations, automotive lubricant stockist and parental agriculture. With limited family manpower, I knew IT and automation were essential. I sought ERP solutions from various vendors, but their quotes were around 15 lakhs and overly complex. Then, the pandemic hit. With my CA completed and free time at home, I turned to AppSheet Countless sleepless nights and extensive research led to our in-house ERP software development. Today, I proudly say we have an ERP system that manages our end-to-end operations effectively and efficiently. The possibilities with AppSheet are truly endless, and it has been a transformative tool for our business. Functionalities in our ERP include: 1. App launcher for all our apps. 2. Task delegation with real-time updates. 3. CRM 4. Inventory management with real-time tracking. 5. Sales & Purchase Order management. 6. Order delivery optimization with Google Maps integration. 7. Whatsapp Integration. 8. Sales personnel activity tracking with latitude and longitude. 9. Quote generation. 10. Analytical charts and PDF report generation. 11. Daily summarized reports.
