It has come to our attention that certain unknown persons have created fraudulent WhatsApp groups, mobile apps, and websites, illegally operating under the “Nuvama” name / trying to pass off as “Nuvama”. These miscreants have been illegally promoting advisory services, inducing persons to invest, infringing our logo, and impersonating our employees. We take very strongly to such illegal activities and any attempts made to dupe the public under the guise of our name, or otherwise. We have taken all appropriate action by intimating the relevant law enforcement authorities for their necessary action, and informed the regulatory authorities about these illegal acts. We have also earlier issued public caution notices on our official website, mobile applications, and on our social media handles in this regard to raise awareness amongst our clients and the public at large about this issue. Warning to Investors: Avoid making any investments with these fake groups. Kindly exercise caution and undertake adequate due diligence when investing your funds. Nuvama is/will not be liable for any losses incurred through these fraudulent channels. But when I lost my husband, everything fell apart.
