As a dental graduate, I realized that we possess skills that make us great candidates for this role:- •𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦-𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 •𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 •𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 The best part? We don’t necessarily need formal certifications to transition into this field. Developing key skills—often on the job—is enough to excel. At its core, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 is about building, optimizing, and managing products to solve user problems effectively, and it’s exciting to see how transferable our skills can be in this domain.
