Wish Tree at INTC – Being a Santa for those who really need it!   At Nexteer INTC, we hold a strong belief in the importance of people and the value of giving back to the community that has played a significant role in our journey. As we approach the end of 2024, it's the perfect time to express Gratitude, Togetherness, and Generosity.   We will be celebrating Thanksgiving from Monday, December 23, 2024, to Friday, January 10, 2025, at INTC. We will be acting as a Secret Santa for those in need! For this initiative, we are partnering with Leo Charitable Trust, an animal shelter for rescued animals, and Sadhana Education Trust, a charitable organization for orphaned children. We are coming together to show our gratitude and share our abundance with those in need.  Compassion leads to a brighter tomorrow!

Last week, INTC was a hub of gratitude and recognition as we celebrated Appreciation Week. It's been truly inspiring to see our community come together to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and creativity that each of us brings to the table every day. We presented color-coded Appreciation Bands to those we wished to recognize. These bands were based on the specific cultural competencies – People, Operational Excellence and Enterprise Growth, we believe they showcase. This heartfelt small gesture of thanks, made the atmosphere electric with positivity! A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this week so special. Your stories and acknowledgments have reminded us all of the incredible power of a supportive and appreciative workplace. Last week, we had the privilege of attending a transformative session on Executive ER&D Industry Strategy Retreat organized by Nasscom, where industry leaders from across the global companies, GCCs gathered to share insights and strategies on driving innovation in the tech world. The visionary speakers sparked engaging discussions on engineering excellence is shaping the future of mobility and interfacing with government departments! This full-day event also had an exclusive gathering designed to redefine the future of talent in the ER&D sector and promised to drive significant impact for industry leaders. During this session, industry leaders engaged in a deep discussion on several key topics: the Strategic Action Plan and Progress, Strategic Priorities for ER&D Talent Development over the next two years, and action planning to address the challenges in talent development. Networking with such dynamic individuals was a reminder of the immense power of collaboration. Deepavali came early at Nexteer India Technical Center and we couldn’t have asked for more. We let our hair down and danced the evening away to some energetic DJ tracks. We started with Dandiya and slowly transitioned into some thumping tracks played by the DJ.
