Embracing all that & more, today we celebrate the story of Anisha Agarwal Saraf, the co-founder of Dot & Key Skincare. She is not just a name; she's a testament to the power of unwavering determination and boundless ambition—a woman who dared to dream and then turned those dreams into reality. As an avid traveler, Anisha wasn't just drawn to new destinations and cuisines; she was fascinated by the global beauty market, brimming with innovative products and unique formats. This sparked a crucial question: Why shouldn't Indian consumers have access to such remarkable skincare experiences? With her husband and co-founder, Suyash Saraf, Anisha embarked on a mission to fill the void in the Indian skincare market. They envisioned a brand that would not only address the missing dots in skincare routines & provide key solutions through thoughtful ingredients, delightful textures & result-driven formulation. Thus, Dot & Key Skincare was born—a labor of love, courage, & the belief that every skincare ritual should feel as good as it works. But the journey to success was far from smooth. Anisha faced the universal fears of failure and rejection, coupled with the societal pressures often imposed on women. As a newlywed and later, a mother, she encountered expectations to prioritize domestic responsibilities over her entrepreneurial aspirations. “The thing is, there will always be people around you who will hold you back. They’ll tell you that you don’t have to do this or that it’s wiser to settle for a more comfortable life. These words simply pushed me to do more &  fight against all the odds to tell people that I have the power to dictate my life”, as quoted by Anisha Saraf herself. Today Dot & Key Skincare not only holds a prominent place in the Indian market but also in the hearts of millennials & Gen Z with an amazing range of products. What's more? It's a brand that's driven by more than 55% of women employees, allowing Anisha to become a role model, a mentor & a guide to each one of them. "And for every budding entrepreneur reading this, all I want to say is, 'Just start.' It’s crucial to take those initial steps filled with challenges, difficulties, failures & people trying to hold you back. But if you believe in your idea and your product—and most importantly yourself—your dream will come true. And always remember, unless you start, you won’t fail, and unless you fail, you won’t learn," advises Anisha Saraf.
