Sustainability & Professional Growth at Kapadia Associates As 2024 draws to a close, I'm taking a moment to reflect on the year gone by. It has been a busy year dotted with milestones in professional development and sustainability at Kapadia Associates. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we initiated the IGBC credentials program at the firm. Year 1 concluded in March with five team members Mahek D. Shabbir Netterwala Siddhika Ghate, Pragni, Jainy successfully earning their IGBC credentials—a proud moment for all of us. The IGBC certification program (CII - Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) at Kapadia Associates has been a valuable initiative. It: - Empowers self-learners and recognizes their efforts. - Builds client confidence in our sustainability commitment. - Broadens knowledge of sustainable practices. - Enhances career prospects with industry-recognized credentials. - Equips professionals to implement green solutions in projects. It’s a meaningful step toward integrating sustainability into our work culture. Year 2 is now underway, and this year Siddhika Ghate & Pragni join me in organising this initiative. We already have one more credentialed professional onboard.This program is not just about certifications but about embedding sustainability deeper into our design ethos.
